This program will empower you to be the healthiest you can be! Together we will work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. I will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what is right for you.  As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will optimize your health and well-being.


DURING THIS 6 MONTH PROGRAM, YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO: 

  • Lose weight and keep it off, without counting calories and fad dieting

  • Foster a healthier and happier mental state

  • Improve your sleep, reduce stress, and boost energy

  • Take responsibility for your health, happiness, and vitality

  • Take pride in your body

  • Balance your meals and supply your body with an adequate amount of nutrition so that you can shrink your waistline and improve digestion 

  • Restore your healthy gut flora (which makes up 70% of the immune system) and eliminate bloating, gas, stomach aches, and inflammation

  • Identify triggers that lead to craving certain foods and say goodbye to your sweet tooth

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Initial 30-minute consultation (in person, via video, or by phone) – I want to get to know you and what you want to achieve!

  • Comprehensive Holistic Ketogenic Wellness Guide - You will learn about everything from kicking bad habits that are hindering your health and weight loss goals to restoring your gut and rebuilding your immune system

  • Full nutrition and dietary assessment – We will review your current diet, eating habits, and lifestyle to find opportunities to optimize your nutrition level for you to thrive!

  • Customized meal planning and shopping lists tailored to you – Let’s plan a healthy diet without you needing to spend hours at the store reading labels!

  • Individual goal setting and recommendations – Short term and long term achievable goals!

  • Six 50-minute sessions (in person, via video, or by phone) – I will provide you the guidance and encouragement that you need to succeed and achieve your goals!

  • Six 30-minute check - in sessions (in person, via video, or by phone) – Let’s assess (and reassess) how things are going and how I can best help you!

  • Unlimited e-mail support between sessions – If you have a question, I’m here for you!

  • Additional handouts and eBooks beneficial for your progress – I will not overload you with information but if I see something that you should know about, I will send it your way!

  • Your choice of a grocery store tour or pantry makeover – I will walk you through step-by-step how to navigate the grocery store aisles, know what to look for when reading food labels, and how to store your food in an organized manner!
