Oh cauliflower, how I love thee!!!

Cauliflower is a nutritional powerhouse!! It is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6 and also a very good source of choline, dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, manganese, phosphorus, and biotin. Additionally, it also have vitamin B1, B2, and B3,  potassium and magnesium.

It is my go-to replacement for potatoes and rice!! And now PIZZA CRUST!!!! It is so simple to make and the flavor combinations are endless!!!  So grab a head of cauliflower and get going!!
